- be responsible for working and plant safety
負責保障生產安全和車間安全
- take charge of machine group
負責設備的日常管理工作
- plan and monitor of the running production line in accordance with production and logistics
依照生產和物流實際需求，計劃和監控生產線的正常運行
- set up and operate the machines and peripheral devices
調試和操作機器和附帶設備
- plan the production mode; implementation of production tasks
計劃生產模式；完成生產任務
- create production documents
建立相關生產文件
- be responsible for employee training
負責員工培訓工作
- evaluate and quick interfere under equipment malfunctions if needed
對設備故障進行快速有效評估和找到解決途徑
- find out and solve the production problems independently

position requirement: 崗位要求：
must criteria: 必要條件：
- complete education in major of plastic technology (according to chinese standards)
塑料工藝相關專業畢業（根據中國教育標準）
- over 5 years work experience in manufaturing industry
5年以上的生產行業工作經驗
- english language skill in writing and speaking
英語書寫及交談能力良好
- be able to use various communication medias such as ms office; be familiar with auto cad software
熟練掌握多種辦公軟件，如ms office；熟悉cad制圖軟件
- experience in leading a team
團隊管理經驗

- work experience in automotive industry 汽車行業工作經驗
- college degree is preferable 獲得大學本科學位者優先
